LONDON, UK, September xx 2007 – TIBCO Software Inc. today announced that Tiscali Services, the “IT engine” of the Tiscali Group, is building a new integrated BSS platform managing CRM, Billing and ERP processes.
The platform, live in Italy and UK by 2008, will allow the Tiscali Group to accelerate its growth plans to become the leading multi-play broadband service provider, as well as improving flexibility and time to market, in order to upgrade its customer service efficiency.
Tiscali Services chose TIBCO because of its proven track record in telecommunications and media.
