In 1999 Tiscali bought more than 50 operators in several countries; a new common IT infrastructure was required to manage the business and to harmonize offers and processes.

TS built a new BSS platform, called UNIT, evolving year after year, supporting:

• 12 different instances, one per Country

• Wide range of IP based services (broadband and narrowband access, voip, vas, shared hosting, and now also IP-TV)

• Million users around Europe

The platform now is fully centralized in Italy and from our datacenter continue to successfully managing Tiscali Italy and Tiscali UK customers plus many other VISP.
